DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within INDIA
- For all COD orders, we require a 10% advance payment of the total order value. Our sales team will get in touch with you within 24 hours via WhatsApp, email and/ or call for the same
- Orders will be added in production once we have received the advance. COD is applicable for orders with delivery within India
SHIPPING TIMELINES
- For all "SHI CLOTHING" orders, we request you to allow us 6 - 12 working days to dispatch you order
- For all "SHIVAANI RAJPUT" orders, we request you to allow us 30 - 45 working days to dispatch your order

- We only offer one time free shipping. A shipping charge is applicable if we have to reship an order that is returned back to us
- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex
- Our International Shipping starts from $40 and increases with change in weight.
- Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
- As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you your package tracking information.
- International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in your order are ready with us. We don't dispatch incomplete orders.
- As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
- Our delivery partners are authorised to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
