Return/ Refund Policy

We at SHI CLOTHING aim to help you feel and look your best self while also being environmentally conscious. Therefore, all our outfits are made to order and can be also be customised in your preferred size, length and colour.
Since all our outfits are made to order, we do not accept any returns nor offer any refund. However, we do offer easy exchanges.

Exchange Process

  • Exchange requests need to be within 48 hours of the delivery of the item on our email Id with your order ID along with the new size for  exchange.

  • Once you have raised a request, one of our SHI members will send an email of acknowledgement of the request.

  • We request you to self ship the item within 48 hours of receiving the email of acknowledgment on the address mentioned below

  • Once we receive your item requested for an exchange, our team will examine them to make sure they comply with the exchange policies.

  • Once the item is approved for an exchange, new size will be delivered to your registered address. 


Conditions for Exchange

  • Item need to be shipped within 48 hours of the email of acknowledgment.

  • The item is shipped only after receiving the email of acknowledgment. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

  • All items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and label in place. Items without label will not be accepted.

  • The items are not damaged or stained.

Items not eligible for Exchange

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code

  • Custom-made orders (where you have provided us with your measurements/ style, colour & design is altered as per your request)

  • Items that have been used and/or damaged.

  • Items received by us in a damaged condition due to the fault of the shipping partner.

Defective Items

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit

  • or there might be a manufacturing defect

  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame (24 HOURS). No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above. To exchange a product, you can simply email us at with the reason and our team shall initiate the exchange procedure for you. 


This Exchange Policy applies to all items (with the exception of lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, beachwear, accessories, beauty, socks and free items) purchased directly from The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website for the latest policy.


Since all our outfits are made to order, we have a no exchange/ no return policy on International Orders.
